Use the “All About Me” worksheet as a starter activity to let the children tell you more about themselves.
A suitable ‘get to know each other’ task that can be used as a starter activity for the first day of school for children in preschool and elementary school.
To a large extent, the task involves the children coloring or drawing their answers, such as favorite color and favorite food, etc. There are also easier writing tasks such as writing their first and last name and which street the child lives on, etc.
With the help of this activity, they can help you as a teacher to get to know your students better. The task also gives the students the opportunity to learn about themselves and each other, and the students can see similarities and differences between each other.
The worksheet “All About Me” is available in both Swedish and English, where the English worksheet is aimed at students in Swedish-English schools in Sweden.
I have also created an activity booklet with more “All about me” information so that it is like a little booklet about each individual student.
Thank you for downloading this content!
I genuinely hope that you and your students have a wonderful and memorable experience with it.
